1. All horses upon moving in and starting training with Sloan Equestrian must agree to a wellness examine by a designated vet and farrier.
2. Sloan Equestrian receives a 10% commission on sales or lease agreements.
3. Riders agree to at least one "A" show per month.
4. If rider has an outstanding home or show invoice balance it must be cleared and payments current before rider can compete again.
5. A deposit of $350 will be collected at the time of entry per show. If a rider withdraws from competition after entry has been submitted they will still be responsible for their share of the expenses and deposit will not be refunded.
6. The following is split between the number of horses attending the show: feed/bedding, tack stall, set up fee, trainer hotel expense or travel expense.
7. Riders are responsible for closing out at shows. If Sloan Equestrian is tasked with doing so a minimum service fee of $100 will be charged.
8. A 30-day notice is mandatory to terminate training with Sloan Equestrian and boarding.
9. If a check is returned there will be a $35 bank fee.
10. Any payment received past the 5th day of the month will be charged a late fee of at least 10% of the total invoice.
11. Withdrawal from training or boarding with Sloan Equestrian without providing 30-day notice will be subject to penalty fees.
